W. KEVIN
WRIGHT
Corporate Counsel
Mr. Wright has extensive
experience in acquiring and managing acquisitions for private equity groups. Prior
to joining Carpediem, Mr. Wright served as Chairman and CEO of Michu
Corporation and Michu Douglas Capital Partners, LLC. Two ventures that provide
strategic planning and capital formation services to a select client base.
Previously Mr. Wright was a senior Vice President and General Counsel of TLC
Beatrice International Foods, a multinational food company with revenues of
over $2.2 billion.
Prior to his involvement with
TLC Beatrice Mr. Wright was a partner of the law firm of Lewis & Clarkson,
the law firm founded by Mr. Reginald Lewis, and served as Mr. Lewis's principal
aid in the TLC Beatrice and McCall Pattern Company transactions.
Mr. Wright received his JD from
Harvard Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers
College, and is currently a member of Rutgers University Board of Trustees.
